Taiwan IPKRC meeting – 29 Oct – 3 Nov

Please find attached the circular and registration forms for the Indigenous Peoples’ Knowledges and Rights Commission meeting to be held 29 October – 3 November, 2007 in Taipei, Taiwan. Our commission will be meeting jointly with the newly formed Island Commission for three days in Taipei before two and half days of touring and meetings with Indigenous Taiwanese communities. The meeting is open to anyone interested in Indigenous geographies and will include the opportunity to organize and present research papers and posters. The information concerning the meeting will soon also be posted on the Commission’s website www.unl.edu/geography/IPKRC/.
